Returns and Exchanges

REUSE . REPURPOSE . RECYCLE

ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE RETURNED

  • Custom boots (this includes custom colors, widths, sizes, etc).
  • Custom mounted boots.
  • Custom skate packages (skates for which you have selected the components separately and had mounted by RESURRECTION or elsewhere).
  • Special order items.
  • Non-stock items.
  • Items that state in the product description that they may not be returned nor exchanged.
  • Sale, clearance, and closeout items.
  • If you are unsure if your purchase will be return-able please contact us in advance to find out.

EXCHANGES

  • We will exchange items that do not fit properly, but they must be unworn and in brand-new condition, with all original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • no restocking fee for exchanges on unused merchandise.
  • Any items returned not in perfect, new on-the-shelf condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • you order the wrong size in a stock boot or skate, you are responsible for shipping and a $10 restocking fee to switch out for the correct skate.

  • If we messed up and sent you the wrong size, sorry!! Just let us know and we will cover the shipping cost and get you the right item, as soon as we receive the incorrect item from you.
  • All skates/packages that require mounting are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

RETURNS

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Once we receive the item we will credit your card, minus the shipping costs and restocking fee of 20%.
  • All skates/packages that require mounting are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

  • We will replace the damaged item or refund your money, but we must receive the damaged item back before store credit, exchange, or refund is issued.
  • Resurrection Bike and Skate is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by any mail carrier service.
  • We ship packages with insurance. Domestic packages are shipped via USPS or FEDEX.
